its seems the main driver is around market aid.

But closing the market affects a lot more than market aiding, some people could have built no oct or gone full resources/gc and rely on selling there excess and buying what they need.

Putting a delay after bids are listed before they appear on the market would mostly stop market aiding and have a relatively minor impact on the ability to trade.

Limiting the number of trades able to be listed per tick would also make it harder, but could potentially be worked around by stockpiling large amounts and may affect normal trading.

Removing the player market and replacing it with fixed prices would have a big affect on relative power of resource vs banking, a sell price of 20gc for resources kills off cf banking as a simple example.

I don’t see any smoke billowing across the galaxy, nor massive flames encompassing planets.

Even though I do not depend on it, to eliminate the market entirely is a bad idea IMO. Fact is that once the new family/alliance structure is in place, then aiding will be a direct operation and market aiding will fade away.

I moved it to #support:feedback in case players want to add more of their thoughts about the market in Infinitum specifically.

As an idea though, it turns out @Lord_Pickle has an existing thread for a Non player Market. Anybody who’s interested in that concept, feel free to contribute your thoughts there. :+1:

Sitting in the OTHER alliance. Our house Is not on fire. It’s actually real cool and breezy. Just a thing called cordination . So I think this is more of your ability to cordinate market aid with your allies etc.

Our chat is busier than General and God damn it’s fun!

What alliance… A tag doesnt make An ingame alliance with internal aid etc…

If we take down tag does it help? No. Does Fam name even matter? No.

So stop using it as An argument

Why dont you just stop fucking whining and get on with the game.

If you want us to stop hitting you, offer us something, just like you would in any other galaxy.
