After a given round ends, that round’s family groups in the forums will be made public.
This means anybody can see them, @mention them in posts, and send them group messages.

Ouch. I definitely see some value in this, as well as a lot of potential conflict caused by it. Looking forward to seeing how it plays out in the long term.
