We’ve found that Manthano runs out of explorable planets earlier than it fills with actual players. This causes a less than useful introductory experience as new players can’t actually do much. A bit of an oversight!
We’re adjusting our rules in this regard, and will now remove any empires that surpass 100 planets, including Patreon subscribers. A handful of empires have now been removed, which should fill up free space for newcomers. If you were removed, you are welcome to rejoin.
The top 20% rule will still be in effect, but will only actually make a difference if/when the galaxy fills up.
As a reminder, we will eventually adjust the settings and open up Manthano 2 but there is not yet any ETA for this.
