All prior moderator groups have been combined into simply @moderators. Every Moderator is now a community-wide moderator, meaning they are responsible for matters concerning:
- The game itself
- Forums
- Chat
Simplifying our staff structure in this way will help the mods be more effective in their ability to handle things in my place, which will allow me to further focus my efforts on the game’s development.
To balance increased responsibility, moderator enforcement actions, by default, will now require approval by a second moderator. Exceptions to this may be made if urgent action is deemed necessary, in which case a second moderator will review the decision afterward.
The Rules have been updated to reflect this change in enforcement process.
