I know this will fall on deaf ears because there is no longer any active leadership in IC. But this should be removed… I can get opped by someone under 35% of my NW but I can’t attack them back?

Greetings Lord Pickle, this is now a Galaxy setting we can turn on an off.

@Lord_Pickle, as mentioned, what you are requesting already exists and has for about a year now.
However, some players do not agree with its removal, which is why it’s part of the options that players can pick for the Next Galaxy Proposals.
