Thirdrock suggested I try doing something different with setting up the next Galaxy. So we are going to try it. What we need is for you to suggest Galaxy Proposals with all the perimeters, an then were vote on them afterwards.

I would like to have those 10 DS to test if smaller fams could use them to have better chance against bigger fams
If we have no NAPs, it is harder for ppl to get shares and harder to fight. Attackers have to work hard to sneak portals in.
