In my opinion, people should sign up to the in the round first, then from there captains are able to step up. with the option of players in the round being able to vote against a certain captain. If the community does not think someone should be a captain for whatever the reason is, then they shouldnt be a captain.
Maybe it’s the same thing, but even polls for people wanting to be captains.
Forum users just vote yes or no on someone.
Top voters from a pool get the leadership opportunity.
Personally just let people choose the people they want to play with.
Set the size of the family and people can submit there own teams if people can’t find a team then they go in a pool where a team is made out of that. Simple - everyone is happy!
