Gold isn't updated after sending expo

Ending galaxies nullify offensive op delay

when galaxies are within a week of ending, they are changed to a different state. this conflicts with offense op delay checks and nullifies them this normally isn’t a problem as these conditions don’t typically overlap, but rounds that are a week long or less can trigger this

regarding the gc update, what page did you send expo from?

Please can you add something like an element refresh for gold in the function for sending the explos?

I was about to add this as an #ideas, before noticing this discussion.
