Wow what an explosive start to the round, there was some real tension building up into this one. @HydroP I am a bit dissapointed that you didnt reign in your guys better than you did, your the only horde member I actually respect. The rest are just hyped up egg heads, they thrive off winning planets but have almost zero understanding of the background work that needs to go into setting up a sucessful round, thats why you always fail.
You went so hard on fleets and pushing our attacker, it was obvious this was going to escalate, and it could of been so easily avoided, you have to bide your time and hit when you are prepared. instead you provoked and then in clear sight went for a huge CF jump, this is foolish. We did the same thing he day previously, but we counted out the exact ticks it would take, looked at your distances, checked your activity, this is how you win. Not drafting a load of hoo hahs who make a lot of noise and contantly embarass themselves.
I hope to share a round with you in the future, but you need to seriously change the guys you play with, they make you look weak.

Firstly I dont believe this was " oh we didnt know the loophole " specially from player like you @Airwing. Your too experienced and the fact that you sent messages to @The_Doctor about how you would " tesch him" when he plays with him again about the loop hole.
@I_like_pie disappointed? No. Unfair? Yes. Do I want people blocked and banned for something that the game allows? No. Absolutely not.
Let me explain the unfair part here @I_like_pie. When we got raided it was our own fault. Completely. Had scorpion not been on vaca this weekend without service we would have been 300% sat morning and defended. But that’s life. When we decided to fight back. And after pitbull took 5 of milky ways planets and the 6th one is PMODE, the unfair part is that we cant do damage to them. NOT BECAUSE they are defended but because of a system that I did not understand.
Now that also being said, I had to ask @HydroP how this worked for them but not us? Because I had 1 planet 48 hours ago and 90 when raided so if 1 planet got hit then I should be pmoded? Right @HydroP? " no no no hellz" he replies… " its specific planets placed in the specific area (closest to the potentially raiding family) so that when we hit those specific ones they will get pmoded"…
“What?” I replied. @HydroP begins to explain to me the complexity of this trick/strategy/loophole.
After our conversation was done (over the phone). I replied back in a few minutes. " its brilliant man, had I known, or had we known then we would have done the same? I mean it seems pie is allowing it?.. "
So in conclusion. @Airwing , hats off to you. To place the 5 planets near the closest to pits fam, expecting those to be hit first and so hitting pmode then the rest is protected. I think thats brilliant. I’m not accusing any of u as cheating, because it is allowed. I just didnt know, and seems most of my alliance didnt know either. And seems maybe alot of players dont know about this method but now they do. Very well done.
@I_like_pie I called it unfair because we didnt know there was a certain formula to get that done. And I think it should be transparent for the community of HOW TO DO THIS. Wouldnt u agree? I mean @airwing is part of the community think tank, and if a player of his caliber and TRUST level can do this then I humbly ask you pie to make this strategy plain and clear for the rest of us to understand. Thats why I think this is unfair. We didnt know HOW TO DO IT. Maybe some in my alliance did but I DID NOT. until hydro explained this could be the way which makes sense.
Again well done to 04. What did we expect right? Always talking shit about horde this horde that , we r thr best at this and that? We are the best at being raided and we are THE BEST AT NOT BEING ABLE TO RAID BACK BECAUSE OF A RULE THATS SORT OF NOT DEFINED? loophole strategy or bug.

This rule has been defined for over a decade.
I’m sorry that you see this as unfair. Fwiw, whether or not AW did it intentionally or just said that he did is also a matter worth questioning.

Don’t make a hasty decision hellz. All is fair in love and war and all that jazz. This is the most fun everyone had in ages. The Forums are buzzing. Players are loving it. Let it continue.
Let’s make the game better, let’s tweak the pmode, make Suggestions. Moral formula needs looking at too. The way you exploited exploring into another fams core with 5 planets total last round and they couldn’t clear as morale cost was 120%+, this also needs looking at. All very clever uses of strategy that could become as common as research building in future.

It is a lot easier to blame a bug or an exploit than to admit you are getting your ass handed to you. Him intentionally using pmode makes no sense, it isn’t even possible… the only reason this happened is because at BOR you start with one planet. This only can mean you still don’t understand how pmode works.
And Pmode was only protecting the handful of planets they had the first 24 hours of the round, all others are open for business. It is so weird you guys are trying to blame it on this lol.
That’s why we always fail.
Short memory I guess, MW 62 we dominated, that was the last round we didn’t get raided in expo phase so don’t misjudge our abilities.
I could mention many other rounds won but that’s not the point of this thread.
I simply made a point that The Horde was so feared after MW 62 that fams no longer want to allow us to get out of expo phase without raiding.
I simply stated a truth that IC is full of non skilled attackers that can only beat the Horde by unskilled tactics which are not illegal but simply show the fear of the unskilled attackers in IC.
I could post in here the ingame msg from 04 that I was a good attacker but that’s not the point.
I am simply stating my thoughts on how totally awesome the Horde attackers are that fams are not willing to wait and face us where skill is involved so your thinking that we as a group don’t know how to play is just wrong.
Think what you want but the evidence is clear that there are not many skilled attackers in IC that want to face the Horde family where they have to actually by skill out attack us.
I also want to make this clear like I told AW, I have no hard feelings against anyone in 04 as this is just a game nothing more.
I just would like to enjoy the fun and excitement of having a war where skill determines the outcome not these unskilled raids.
If this is what IC has come to then I hope you guys enjoy that kind of play but for me I don’t.
You guys started popping planets from the Italien Resturaunt and then went after all of AWs spread… Wtf did you think was going to happen lol. Allowing yourselves to get explo raided every round says more about yourself than the IC community.
Horde gets beaten by unskilled attackers by unskilled tactics?
How does it make horde look like, If u are so skilled, how cant u defend against unskilled players/tactics? it makes no sense
Raiding has and is, and always will be part of IC.

Can I just add as I was the person in P-mode. I would love to have claimed that I chose the 5 nearest planets to you but unfortunately didn’t.
The truth is I took a few rounds off and AW asked me to join a day or so into the round. My initial expos were where I could go closest to home system. They just happened to be the first ones you took.
I still took attacks after p-mode was declared on newer planets but I’m guessing as they failed that due to p-mode you couldn’t PI. That is a matter to be decided if that us correct for pmode or not. I think it should be changed but that may make paxes and oppers more powerful which I’m always in favour of.
You’ve always been a good attacker WS, but you never really went any further than that, you could of been much better. We have no hard feelings, its a game, we got you good, you got us good. Saying we are attackers with little skill is too far, me and Airwing have 15 years experience each, we used to fight wars all round. I’ve had tougher shits than your family.
Stop blowing your own trumpets and come back to reality.

He was not around much this weekend, all he see’s few ticks and is down 70ps.
Pie is quite right, perception is a large factor.
From WS perspective he has all the things set up and his fam is getting hit, and he cannot do what he is best at to hit back.
Frustrating for anyone.
I have simply stated that pie will rule (and he has) one way or another, and that will be the reality of things, and it is.
- I played with some, and fought the rest for a many long rounds. You thinking it waving, does not take it away from me.
- Your attackers protect you.
- I suggested you ask the attacker that protects you most often to ask why he an I (natural opponents) respect each other.
You can’t let me even try to be a bit modest if you call me out everytime I post m8.
The reason my old teams and family would have reported this imbalance (even if now - by Pie ruling today it a play within the rules), is the same reason your protector and I get along.
If you don’t ask him, you won’t ever know.
