Suggestions are welcome for changes to any of the following settings for Andromeda 45:

Size Settings

  • Number of Families
  • Family Size
  • Draft Spots

Time Settings

  • Round Start/End Time of Day
  • Offensive Action Delay in Days
  • Market Delay in Days
  • Science Funding Delay in Days

Other Settings

  • Disabled or Enabled: Market
  • Disabled or Enabled: Family Aid
  • Disabled or Enabled: Anonymous Play
  • Number of Defense Stations
  • Starting Resources Multiplier

Please keep suggestions for #andromeda-45 limited to the list above.

If you have ideas that aren’t on this list, feel free to post them in #ideas.

Andromeda 45 will open for registration on Thursday, April 01, 2021 based on suggestions in this thread. The round will start on Saturday, April 03, 2021.

I think andro 44 settings were good. Only change I’d cosider is to limit it to 3 player fams to equalize expo potential on fams.

I thought the 8 families of 5 played better… although, yeah if things aren’t going to full up then 3 player fams…

Problem really is then you will have 1 & 2 player fams around… and if you limit fam numbers too much then late joiners have no where to go

@I_like_pie it’d be partial anonymity, so anonymous play for the entire round bar the last 24 h, don’t know if that’s something you could do with settings as they are.

Other than that I agree with TBO’s plan for the round
