The quick turn-around makes this a bit harder, but we should really reflect on the round that was and think about what worked, what didn’t, and what we can do about it.

Fam size still seems off but is a hard balance. This round felt like we had it almost right, other than 79 which were always looking light on everything. I know we have added more fams this round with fewer players, so will see if that improves things |

Better forward planning about early/mid expos to take advantage of attack delay to get a better position. Not the 78 methods by exploring next to someones HS, but just better use of the attack delay |

A better player council and NAP agreements, so that any disagreements are handled better. |
I will add an idea here (and may go make a post about it in #ideas): For PIE to look at the NAP code and see if it can be nullified for the last 72 hrs of the round, so no NAPs are valid at EOR and the free for all can go-ahead unheeded
