What happens to new, returning, or āunacceptableā Leaders whom want to sharpen their skills & experience in leading families, but are ostracized by not being allowed to play?
I mean thereās a sign-up so if youāre not satisfied with leader selections then select to lead.
And show some professionalism. In the real world I work with people of all types & genders and we get along fine.
Communication is the key.
Instead of being separatists- Find ways to play & work together in alliance with one another within your families & spread that to larger play in The Bigger Picture of Our Community.

I recommend no swagga for leader and only one rawr thatās 4 teams can we vote on that Seems like we have doubles in leaders we got swagga and mmega and we got two rawrs

21 voters, we should make 7 fams, free to join and full draft possibility
When I voted to be a player, I accepted that any leader can pick me and I may end up playing with anyone. I may have preferences, but I will try my best in the fam I end up in. It is always a two-way street though.
