Why can't we delete races?

why can disable but not delete?? also it blocks the nice race names.

In general, we prefer to not delete data so we can better preserve our history.

That said, the interface is ugly and we should be able to hide races and reuse old names. Both of these are on our list to Improve handling of old races.

Thanks for the answere.
Hadn’t seen the other topic and wasn’t sure wether perhaps I am only too blind to see the delete or rename button in the race wizard.
