Fall asleep at my desk for 30 sec at a time.
Once I get 3-4 mins of sleep in I am gtg usually.
Put the kids to bed. Once I’ve done that I’m buzzin! FREEEEEDOM!!!
Power nap for 20-30 minutes, i sometimes drink coffee and then sleep for 20 minutes.

haha usually this but sometimes I need a nap too. Shower usually helps at least make me feel refreshed enough to get a few more things done. Sometimes it backfires and makes me more sleepy. catch a few zzz’s, grab a snack, stay hydrated and get to it! lol

I second the coffee nap.
Caffine works best when you’re already marginally alert, you need that 20 minute nap to refresh the caffine receptors in your brain.
Drink the coffee then take a nap before it soaks in. When you wake up the caffine should be in full effect.
Yeah that coffee nap sounds pretty good, especially cause it’s apparently called a “nappuccino” lol. I’m a sucker for puns.
Today, unfortunately, I lost the battle against the sandman. A “short nap” turned into 3 hours. D’oh!

Coffee is nasty to me don’t @me anyway…I just take a power nap for like 30min and set 20 alarms so I don’t over sleep my nap and that helps a lot. Sometimes it’s better to rest the body instead of push it too hard.
