Hi, I’ve noticed that when I sort planets by population none of them are full since I started researching welfare.
When I click on individual planets they show as being full population. This indicates that the welfare research isn’t doing what it’s supposed to.
Can anyone else check this to see if they get the same results?

First of all: I love that you are researching welfare, as a 12 planet Quantam 
On your question: If I’m not mistaken, the game calculates and corrects the welfare research and total population for each planet once a day. So if you check back tomorrow, the max pop should be adjusted.
