What happened?

Has anyone else be getting these?
Running on W7 Ultimate. It seems to come and go, past couple days it only happend like once or twice every 24h.
Today it was worse, especially around the time of the loggs (thats on +1 gmt. on summer daylight savings schedule…screw utc! :P).
Any ideas?
