Some of us have not even used the one we started with which we started the ‘round.’
More than 1 Evo was always planned. It’s not a question of if, but when.
This will be solved by Galactic Event: Grant New Evolutions. I am not inclined to manually do this by request because it will favor those who have reasons to ask for it over those who don’t.
