If the tick processing time passes a certain threshold, it should become a higher priority to reduce it. We need 2 things:

  1. Being alerted if any single tick exceeds a certain processing time.
  2. Being alerted if a certain average (let’s say, across 24 hrs) exceeds a certain processing time.
