"This page isn't working" on Trigger

Had an issue setting a player to rogue now I’m having issues removing him, every time i trigger an attack on his planets it loads saying this page cannot be reached.

Few things:

48 hours passed?
Un-Rouge him and try Inactive.
Set him to normal mode.
Wait for tick.
Restart your computer.
Wait.

Trying to set him to rogue i got this

We cannot change this appointment for another 2 hour(s).

Managed to change him to rogue magically after talking to pie on discord but can’t attack anyone today
