It’s been ages since I played, so I don’t know many of y’all. And of the players I recognize, I don’t know how they play nowadays.
If someone however has the knowledge, and the time, it’d be great to see one of these on SN37!
Especially with things shaken up and stirred around every week.
I’ll judge this PvC on “contender” being a candidate to being one of the 2 one-player-fams that will never get assimilated into another family. Meaning they will stay high ranked all the time and come out on the very top at the end with the influx of players who couldn’t keep up being the pretenders.
At this point I know more players, but for the sake of strat I won’t reveal if they’re not playing under known nick.
1 House Menerva (6258)
Pax_Au_Telemanus, with Wardancers. He’s tucked away in a corner, with no real strong contenders around him. I don’t know who he is, but his gorydamn strong start at the moment plus all the leeway to build up he’ll be getting makes him a contender.
2 PreternaturalGalaxtic MFN PimP (6261)
Kamikaze with a SS attacking race and neg research. He’s ancient in IC terms, active, has some hard ops, leads the ranking after 2 days. Definitely a contender, will gobble up the weaker around him swiftly.
3 (6284)
Reginald Barclay, another Wardancers. Placed just about at the center of the galaxy, with no one particularly strong breathing down his neck. Contender.
4 working hard (6282)
Sloth, unknown to me, with a race with 50 attack, 50 income, no speed , no hard ops. He’s currently surrounded by some smaller, but active players, which could get him into conflict fast. Maaaybe contender, if he survives to pair up or finds a way to overcome the lack of speed.
5 (6250)
Yarty, playing with a compromise income race that can compensate lack of attack with droids and strong research. He’s got 6274, a wardancer as a close neighbour. One of both will make it, likely. My money’s on the wardancer in this SN, unless 50 can out-infra 74. Pretender.
6 (6288)
Savior, playing Quantam. 6275 to the east , 6243 to the south should pose no immediate threath, but especially 6284 closeby could make things difficult for a quantam. Pretender.
7 Hord3ling (6274)
I’d need to flip a coin between this Wardancer and banking Yarty from 50 to come out on top in this piece of the galaxy. Aggression from him or diplomacy from 50 will decide their fate. Pretender.
8 (6266)
StarChild with a race that’s the attacking mirror image of Yarty. He’s in a good position, not too close to stronger fams, can farm weaker fams that aren’t too far. Contender.
9 The Snoggits revival fam! (6286)
Snoggits, a wardancer. Has 64, a partax, as closest enemy, and not much else in his way to being a contender if he’s active, and not a fat, drunk noob.
10 Absolutely barbaric (6267)
AModernMajorGeneral, playing with a SS attack race with some income. He’s not badly positioned, with some smaller fams not too close, except for 82. He will need to make BOR count or run into a strong 82 waiting for him. Pretender.
11 The Northwestern (6251)
Catch, a Wardancer, in a position that will allow him to expand away and build up unimpedly. The only one close is 80, which isn’t really top of this list. Contender, by chance.
12 Smurfin Yo Momma (6264)
Big Bad Smurf, our first Pax! Audacious to go at pax alone with no speed and attack. If he will be able to survive for two weeks (cause let’s face it, the first batch of incoming assimilated will be the useless inactives) , it doesn’t matter if he’s assimilated or assimilates , he can play bank. But I don’t see him as a contender to the end. Pretender.

I did lose steam at some point , and ran out of time to look at all 44 fams.
If I do a next edition, It will be easier , with only half or a quarter left.

Hola! Skyline is low because he has two kids, full time job and full time uni
