We’re overdue to assess our process here. I’ve cleaned things up a bit, including:

Added instructions on How to request new features for Imperial Conflict.

Consolidated all previous roadmap categories into a single #features category that now uses tagging for #to-do, #in-progress, and #completed items.

Added a Roadmap kanban view here that you can also access from the topnav when you’re viewing the #features forum.

Removed the voting feature in favor of upcoming up/down votes and discussion.
We have some more work to do. Specifically:

Find a reasonable way to Allow players to downvote ideas.- This was deemed unnecessary.

Create a wizard for players to more easily submit ideas.- The current submission process is sufficient.

Adjust the forum badges to work with this new setup.- No adjustment needed.

Re-evaluate @team’s role in this process.- We can do this separately of this task.
