One of the oldest bugs in the game.
Starting from example 0 all resources: When I receive aid whilst on fleet page I can build without going to HQ, when building on planets and receiving aid, I need to go to HQ and then back to planets to do the buildings

I haven’t checked, but is it still the same with market orders that get brought whilst you are on the market screen don’t show in your treasury until you go to the hq? Even though you ca refresh the market screen and see the order gone?
Just open the HQ page on a new tab, it’s not pretty but it works and allows you to build your stuff without having to navigate back and forth, re-selecting and entering your prefered values. I agree it’s an annoying bug though
