He didn’t really underjump anything to be honest… I guess he was mostly surprised by the actions of other countries apart from Ukraine… but then again, Putin is a megalomanaic crazy powerhungry ex-superspy.

Since there are allot of pictures of him when he was younger and in the kgb I don’t think he was a superspy…

I’m assuming putin was a low key kgb agent.
A super spy is a super spy for a reason, no one knows he exists…
He worked as a KGB foreign intelligence officer for 16 years, rising to the rank of lieutenant colonel, before resigning in 1991 to begin a political career in Saint Petersburg. He moved to Moscow in 1996 to join the administration of president Boris Yeltsin.
Not really low level, but maybe not really super-spy either…
