Current pop and max pop should be shown on the HQ page, not just the bottom of the planet page. Its annoying to have to scroll down every time to see what max pop is and what percentage pop is at.

Possibility is there for a custom dashboard on HQ with new UI right? Choose what you want there similar to favourite pages in widgets for quick access
