In MW 74, after the first tick, everyone in the galaxy received an extra 25 NW. Maybe this is a byproduct of the recent changes to pop income and pop growth. I haven’t played in a while so I don’t know if this is a new bug or one from within the last year, but nobody I talked to remembers seeing it before.
There is already a mystery 75NW in the starting 1100 that doesn’t seem to come from anywhere, this additional penalty is unjust!
