MOVING GIF AVATARS FOR PLAYERS
These should all work as player avatars / empire banners for IC.
Feel free to use them.
Step One: Download the picture you want from here.
Step Two: Upload to IC on the Empire Settings page under Empire Banner.

Think I have added more than enough.
My hope with this is that:
A: It gives the community a pool of moving avatars.
B: It might help attract more people back to the game with a cool new identity.
C: It will help other players get a new identity and maybe avoid some feuds and grudges.
D: It will help families with themes.
Personally I think this could go down well if advertised to old players before next round.
Come back to IC and pick a fancy new identity from all these moving avatars.
Feel free to use them just save the picture you want and upload to IC as your empire banner.
