Are Alliances considered normal in MW, unless stated otherwise?
I have 55,51, and 57, 3 fams, set up on me.
I understand I cleared around my perimeter, so they push back.
Here though with 55 and 51- is an Alliance action on my system. It is a coordinated strike by 2 fams on R2D2 in one of my systems:
