Its not working on desktop either;
#step-0 > div.popover-navigation > div
is empty, no idea if it should be populated with a button. but its around there.

This has been fixed.
For some background, a Bootstrap update killed this functionality in Bootstrap Tour, a dependency of ours. Info below:
We’ve fixed it in the short term by switching to Bootstrap Tourist, but we’ll likely replace it in the long term with something more custom.
