Increasing NAP limit

To avoid breaks and thus the ensuing chaos that results we should be able to NAP 2/3rds of the current gal in game at a minimum. The rules let us have unofficial naps but then do nothing to regulate them or their breaks. If the chaos in the forums is an issue from the resulting NAP breaks then should be an easy decision.

Please vote at the top of this page if you want this change to happen.

We’ll be removing the limit entirely with the NAP warning + break history feature. :+1:
