IC Wiki is back and once again accessible to all of you.

As an aside, code changes have been slow lately due to my dayjob getting crazy on me, but this is a great example of something that all players can take control of! 
How exciting!
I’ll be seeding a few articles soon, and copying over some content from the older wikis, but help is definitely welcome.
