Actually the game found me I was busy being a bad ass when all of a sudden my computer screen jumped to ic and on the screen it said we are in trouble this game needs bad ass so i tried it and liked it

Was introduced by a IRL friend at the time who played it constantly. Back in middle school I believe and I’ve been a subscriber since. Watched the game trade hands a lot and like what I see now so I decided to return for a bit. Been nearly half a decade since I last played so be nice.

Used to play back in 2000 when it first began. Played for about 5 or so years.
Re-starting as noob, after getting an email about Infinity galaxy, so thought, hmmm… this is new.
And surprised people still play this

I am a returning player. Actually i have not playing this game in 10 years. Discovered that when i logged into this game. I remember i enjoyed playing this game. I decided to play this game when IC sent me an email telling me about infinitum.
I hope i can go many months without being attacked, i am not aggressive and i am a turtle player. I am looking forward to expanding my empire.

SiNk found the game online somewhere like 18 years ago, he randomned into mucnhers the bastard. Then he came to school the next day and couldnt stfu about this game. Kept saying weird words like "Endurium ". And just itching to go home (no smart phones back then). Eventually me and Edison (another player) slept over at his and got hooked. 18 years later… still effing here.

a friend of mine in highschool asked if I waned to play this game, cause someone else in his fam quit the round. So I played as someone else in my first round. It looked like fun, and have been playing since.

It was recommended to me by a university colleague in 2000 . Played it for a while, then, but I stopped completely, dunno remember why. I tried it again some years later, and I remembered it this year, again…

I didn’t find imperial conflict. Imperial conflict found me.
I think I was playing Earth 2025 ( utopia light) at the time and saw an add for IC.
Saw a ad about IC while playing Utopia…Joined in the beta rounds.

played a intra bulletin board game called barren realms elite and was looking for something similar when the internet started being popular and BBS died off.
I played a number of MOOs and MUDs, pretty sure I saw an add for imperial conflict while playing one of them, probably utopia.
Sag Dwarf beta 3 was just starting so I joined that.

Games Platinum CD. Had like 500 games on it. Limited to line 151 ticks, turn based… lots of fun with morale… and galactic empire as the bad guys.
Oh, and there were factories…
A friend in high school introduced me to it. A couple of other guys in my school also played it. He’s one of the only guys from highschool I’m still close friends with to this day!
