There are issues with the syncing process that leads to mismatches between members on the in-game family page and members in the family forum group.

Well, so far I have only had that problem when someone new joins…
I can’t join fam forum atm.
I deleted from my fam and can still access the fam forum. If I would like to be nasty, I could provide the info to anyone. I think deleting without prior warning was enough to send a message.
If IC in future allows IA, then I guess providing such info would be even ok according to rules.
I will prolly not play anymore because of that IA rule or lack of it, at least not seriously.
This is a known issue and there are plans to fix it. Hence its presence here in #support:bugs.
