False NAP prevents intra-fam attacks

I am currently trying to take some planets offs of a family member but I am getting the following error

How can I get this fixed as i need my planets

in my family in 64 MW Rudolph cant attack Comet for planets please fix this?

Like, what happens when you try? Do you get an error message, and if so, what does it say?

ok this is in the lower message here by Hoit he snapshoted the error and then it was in my MW family.

PIe are you on top of this problem it seems as though MEGA says its happened before? is their anything we can do to help?

yep, no intra fam attacks. i also cant take planets from a fam member.

also there is somekind of a fake nap cancelation message althought we didnt cancel any naps

The terms of our previous Non-Aggression Pact state that we cannot attack this family for another 18 ticks.

i cant attack either.

also i canceled a NAP with 71 but its at 18 ticks too if thats the problem i dont know what to do.
