This round Andro- The planet cooldown that is suppose to be enabled isn’t. So you can pass planets and build them same time

Was listed on galaxy Creation, we have been having that turned off for a few rounds now, not hiding anything
Euhm it says the limitation is enabled…
I quoted current round (42) above and the same goed for Andro 41, cooldown is said to be enabled there as well - so while I guess you’re right it has been turned off for these rounds, the communication was that its on.
I stand corrected…guess I need to read those a little more closely…

I noticed this day 1 but didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to start having to do con jumps to stay caught up lol

Then you should’ve reported it. Its a bug that affects the whole galaxy
This has been fixed for #andromeda-43.
