We are once again looking for a couple of people to help with chat and forum moderation.
These are 2 different roles with similar but slightly different responsibilities. Therefore, we are looking for 2 different people, as opposed to a single person to handle both.
Responsibilities will include:
- driving and facilitating discussion
- putting the ban hammer to good, but fair, use
- tactfully handling occasionally grumpy players
- discussing problems and solutions with existing staff
- reviewing and improving moderation guidelines and processes
