On a planet which had 400 spaces to build on. I tried building 300 Cfs and 100 TO’s. But got the white screen, you’ve encountered a bug etc etc. This happened 4 times in a row, then I gave up lol

Typically happens when your resource amounts havnt been refreshed, like after exploring
I built somewhere else in the end and will try again when i have enough cash too. And yes i did explo, but i built on probably another 6 planets before this happened
