We have that same error message in my Infinitum family. Does the family leader need to set the discord family server up first?
Nah, that’s a goof on my end for not setting up Infinitum correctly. Will try to fix that tomorrow.
The issue here with others is usually due to a mismatch between game and forum email addresses. There is work to further unify the accounts that will fix that one, but it will take awhile longer to get to.
