Cannot create custom race: "You have encountered a game error."

Whenever I try to make a race I get the error
“You have encountered a game error. If the problem persists, mention it in the Bugs forum.”

I have tried a few times with the race I have enabled or disabled.

Being a renegade, you probably got flagged by the TSA while trying to enter the galaxy.

Can you clarify with this means?

That reads like you’re trying to create a race with previously existing races. Not sure what to make of that.

Yes, I have one existing race. If you could delete that (I haven’t figured out how) maybe that would help?

Doing what I can, but haven’t been able to replicate this yet.

If you want a game where bug fixes happen by demand then yeah maybe this one’s not for you.

Take it easy, we’ll be here if you decide to come back.

This game is free and this guy is the only dev (and an amazing one at that) I have the same issue and you don’t see me complaining (and I am a patrion). He has a lot on his plate so pipe down, pick a premade race and make it work.

Are you guys trying to create races with names you have already used? Or just custom races in general?

Fixed. It was an issue with race description.
