Opening some slots could help too i think

Joins slowed down within the last 24 hours. If we opened a spot now, some families would have 4 while others have 3. This would cause significant imbalance, especially given the smaller family sizes.
This is in line with how we normally handle registration.
No more spots will be opened, and families won’t be combined. MW71 is in motion as-is, feel free to suggest changes for MW72 in #universal-news.
