in my Family, leader (i vote for him) leave and im alone now. People propose me NAP and i cant accept. Im not leader on my Family, but have OPTIONS button, no COUNSIL and VOTE button. Cant vote for me and cant accept NAP - there is no accept button at Foreigh Relations - cant propose NAP, but can declare WAR…

Your English is fine. 
I’ll check this out, thanks for the info. 
This should be fixed now; the leadership check now defaults you to leader if you’re the only member of the family, regardless of any votes.
You should now be able to manage NAPs accordingly.
