I keep getting this message when I try to build ( if the gal matters it’s only happened to me in infin)

You have encountered a game error. If the problem persists, mention it in the Bugs forum.

I’ve tried a bunch and I just keep getting the same error.

Normally can be worked around by visiting your hq then going back to planet screen.

Seems to happen most often when you have less resources than the displayed amount.
