@I_like_pie - A quick solution to ‘fix’ this would be to rename the race bonus to military bonus instead of attack bonus? Doesn’t require any coding, and removes the confusion the naming might cause

This bug doesn’t occur 100% of the time. If you are changing the description to imply that the race bonus will be applied to attack and defense will you also change the code so that it does occur 100% of the time?

In danger of sounding like a broken record, if the solution to this issue is to change the text from attack bonus to military bonus, well i dunno but I fail to see how that step is taking IC in the right direction And when @I_like_pie says its a good idea, my thougts exactly is WTF but it seems not to be a big issue for others players, so i guess i am either the only one who care about it, or noone is reading this thread or maybe i am as pointed out before nostalgic and not open to changes ?

I assume @Hala put “fix” in quotation marks to imply that it’s an interim solution to hold us over until the proper fix can be made, which sounds reasonable to me.
It’s not the solution, it’s a temporary solution. A proper fix is still planned.
Correct, it’s a workaround for now, to mitigate the worse part of the it can be permanently and properly fixed

i didnt mean to sound pissy but imo when interim solution to “big” issues like this is implemented they always seems to drag out and become more long term

Np. I understand what you mean about things dragging on. Fwiw though, we haven’t implemented the temporary fix yet either.
