Good day commanders! For complete transparency please see the following report below.

  1. the offense delay was 48 hrs instead of 96. no invalid attacks were made, and it’s been fixed. Thank you Cells for bringing this to our attention

  2. science funding delay was off due to a timezone issue and should now be fixed

  3. both of these issues will be addressed in upcoming work to improve our round creation process
