for Manthano, we keep it capped to keep space for newbies.
that said, i can understand the feeling of plateau/stagnation. i’ll do some thinking on this.

Maybe its an idea…
same like reserved slots at the home system, but then only available for players less than 99 planets or something… ? Just an idea
