Oh didn’t even know you could kill a rogue off thought they still had to be inactive for 48hrs. Rogue shouldn’t allow you to kill someone off that’s an issue in its own then…

So if another fam kills off a player then uses the starting to resources to jump that same player and then that fam attacks you, you are perfectly fine with that? I find that to be shady and i considered it cheating even if its just cheating the game. Some people might think that thats ok. I just wouldn’t do it…

No idea what your fam is and that has nothing to do with it .
A player needs to be inactive (not even logged into the account) for 48 hours before they can be killed. So I’d they want to do that for some starting Rez and a wasted draft in most rounds by all means I’d say it’s equal trade off and have no problem.
If all you need to do is rogue someone to skip that process what I’m saying is that lies in pie to fix as it shouldn’t be like that.
You can’t rogue and just remove them. We waited for him to not login for 48 hours, and didn’t get the res on hand like normally.
He didn’t join for the starting res, he joined because we wanted a race that had nukes

Well im not sure they killed him off by marking him as rogue. Just said marking him rogue helped them do some of it. But so far with the messages ive got it seems to be about 50/50 on if thats gaming the system or not. So eh it is what it is. Im just saying i wouldn’t have done what they did.
Killing him off and getting all that starting gc and res had nothing to do with it? Having a super low NW so you could get con sci up to 100% and jumping a ton of agents using that starting res is not dirty game play?

This is where the balance comes in… Leave a fam with nothing to play for and that’s what you get. Take a bit and let them walk away and it may not be happening
Well if the game mods get back with me and tell me its perfectly legal to do what 05 did then damn i think there is a good strategy a fam could utilize right now at SOR.
Thats a lot of reading so skimmed through it but if I read it right then your wondering if killing off a player and using the same player is allowed.
I can’t answer for pie nor would know but I do remember pie making it at one point if you deleted from a round you could not rejoin that galaxy again. I believe it was to stop people from doing this stuff at sor but im going off memory 
What if that fam is offered NAPS and reasonable terms countless times but ignores your messages?

I actually agree with that. I can’t tell you how many people i know in real life constantly complain they are broke but can’t follow point number 3 in that.
