Thank god I read this thread. Before I read this thread I thought I was taking some time off from this game because I recently purchased a business that requires my time and attention. I also thought I was taking time off to focus more on family and not having to be worried about being messaged in the middle of family time asking me to do an opp or send aid. I thought I was taking time off because I’m tired everyone assuming things and speaking on my behalf in a general blanket statement.
Turns out, I am just taking time off because I am afraid of getting beat… Thanks for letting me know why I’m taking some time off @Darrk.
Anyone who actually knows me (not just pretends to know me) knows I welcome competition and it’s probably one of the reasons why I kept playing as many consecutive rounds as I have. But as I have stated above, I have many many reasons for taking time off and fear of losing is not one of them.
This is a game, a game that I put a great deal of time into playing and a that I put a great deal of time and effort into when I was modding. I wish it nothing but the best.
I am sure I’ll be back to check it out when my RL priorities settle down but I guess until then I will just read from people who know absolutely nothing about me, why I make the decisions that I do.

I’m aware, but they don’t need you or pickle or me or anybody else speaking on their behalf. Players can speak for themselves.
Trash talking is one thing, but players speaking for other players always smells bad.

We should not demonize players for taking a break, especially if they are willing to say that it is temporary and they are willing to come back.
That is good way to get people to leave permanently.

Your entitled to your opinion, but what rubbed me the wrong way is you stated it as though it is fact. You didn’t name me specifically but you made a general statement about pickles allies.
I’m scared of plenty of thing man, but losing a game against people I have never and probably will never meet is not one of them.
My reputation going into this round has been pretty damn spotless as far as negativity is concerned. I try to keep to myself as much as possible, I don’t concern myself alot with forums and this thread is a great example why.
I can either spend my time enjoying life and family, or I can come here and be dragged down by negative, generalised comments being made by people who know absolutely nothing about me. I’m gonna take the high road here. I’m sure I’ll be back once I’ve done what needs to be done in RL. I’m sure from time to time I’ll be reminded of this round, but I sure as hell won’t let this round define me.

@Darrk then you should accept that people will call you out as well when they don’t agree with what you say. The problem perpetuates itself. That goes to @Lord_Pickle too.
The freedom to express that we provide to our players works both ways, and when players always choose the “i’m gonna tear you town if you try to tear me down” we get what we have now.
This thread does not reflect well on us. We can and should be critical without insulting each other.

It’s also within our control to change our behavior. Each one of us can decide to wallow in the filth around us or step up and bring others with us.
This is why I defend you and pickle both. I don’t necessarily agree with your in-game actions, but I don’t feel like it helps anybody to talk down or insult either of you.

… The dishonorable end the round on your side which includes my former teammates, and now many of you seem to not want to return with anon play being removed from the game. Coincidence? I think not.
Anon play should never have been a thing it just promotes aw and pickle play style 
Gives them a chance to hide for a few rounds and hope people move on and they do it again and remind you.
Honestly I think a lot of them are leaving because of Anon = gone.
You just can’t pull the same shit when people know who you are.
