Update: Forum Server Upgrade and Fallback

The forum server has been upgraded. You may notice an improvement in performance. Also, the game will no longer go down during forum upgrades (or other forum outages). A chat invite widget will replace the latest forum topics, as seen below: [forums-down-chat-fallback]
