So I am writing up the rules now and I will publish them soon.
We have the player count needed for 7 clans of 5 members, but we are missing enough leaders to cover those slots. I need people to step up and want to lead clans.
Once I get the leaders in position, then I can begin the drafting process.

If it turns out you need more leaders in the end you can switch me to leadersā¦if it has to beā¦
You should also request players to mention their desired roles, as this will be key for leader drafting. Ofcourse it can change as the leader discusses with the player, but still would give an indication for the leaders to plan, ahead of the actual draft.

He generally doesnāt do this because of the time involved. You are starting this waaay early - so if you / we all do the leg work to get it set up, he basically just has to place folks.
Also, the āTerraā map was a hell of alot of fun - we could use that slick bastard again. It would would be dope as hell to have it set up with more than the two fams that I saw in Terra (think āRiskā).

@MEMEGA all fams will have the same number of members. There will be no advantages given in that regard.
